If the item/size is not available in US/UK Warehouse it would be shipped from Hongkong/China using USPS, UPS and the estimated delivery time is 12-28 business days.
The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time that usually varies from 2 to 5 days. Holidays / Weekends are not considered in this processing time. The processing time may sometimes be slightly more on some products. These products are printed specifically on-demand with specific designs & sizes.
Different items have their own processing time, which is what we cannot control. But what we can do is try the best to let you receive your items as soon as possible.
We send the tracking number as soon as it is available. An order can, however, take anywhere between 1 - 4 weeks, but is mainly dependent on your location.
Please allow an extra 10 business days during the busy Christmas period. We appreciate your patience.
If your order takes longer than 30 business days to arrive please contact us and we will resolve the issue for you.
We accept PO Box numbers. Please make sure you provide the correct number, we at TheSoulBee will not be responsible if the package is delivered to a wrong PO Box number.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships which contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Exceptions apply as follows:
Delayed delivery - in rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur. In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there are no tracking updates for more than 30-40 days.
This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the year's end.
We do not take special instructions for the delivery of the package. If you have some request about the delivery to be made during the specific time or if you demand signature upon delivery then we are afraid we can not accept the request. Most shipments are sent by USPS and once the package is handed over to the post office it is not in our control. The mailman will deliver the package safely in your mailbox or at your porch but we can not give you assurance if he will take any signature.
Processing Time VS Shipping Time
Please note that processing time (2-5 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total time of delivery. Orders generally take 2-5 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics, and sent forth to the post office).
After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch.
Express/priority shipping orders are processed within 48 hours. This means that your design will be sent for printing and once it is ready it will be shipped immediately.
Please note the printing process takes time so some orders may take slightly more time to complete.
Canceling An Order
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel or change the shipping address as your order might have already processed.
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undelivered, or because of an incorrect or insufficient address.
Customs / Duty Fees
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. The Soul Bee is not responsible for any parcel/shipment held at the customs. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note those are on rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
- Certain items may be on back order
- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the logistics partner/post office
- Different designers/warehouse location (we work with multiple warehouses to bring you the best selection at affordable prices).

* Packages can be shipped to mainland France with zip codes that start with 01 to 95. However, packages cannot currently be shipped to overseas territories, including Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, St. Pierre and Miquelon and Mayotte.
** Packages can be shipped to mainland UK as well as the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
