All of our items are made to order. This means as soon as you order, we get to work producing your item!
Please allow 3-5 business days to receive a tracking number.
Depending on your location, the shipping time is quoted by the mail carrier as 5-8 business days.
Our US shipping rate is $4.95, and $1.5 for each additional item.
All domestic orders to the US over $60 ship for FREE!
Canada & US Remote Areas rate is $6.95, and $3 for each additional item.
We do ship International at $9.95, and $4 for each additional item.
Tracking info is sent to you immediately upon shipping as long as you include an email address with your order.
We ship 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday, because waiting sucks!
All orders will be left on your doorstep / mailbox if you are not home to receive. Signature not required. The Soul Bee is not liable for any missing /stolen packages so please make arrangements if necessary.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 6 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Exceptions apply as follows:
Delayed delivery - in rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur. In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there are no tracking updates for more than 30-45 days.
This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the year's end.
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undelivered, or because of an incorrect or insufficient address.
Customs / Duty Fees
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. The Soul Bee is not responsible for any parcel/shipment held at the customs. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note those are on rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
- Certain items may be on back order
- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the logistics partner/post office
- Different designers/warehouse location/print facility.

* Packages can be shipped to mainland France with zip codes that start with 01 to 95. However, packages cannot currently be shipped to overseas territories, including Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, St. Pierre and Miquelon, and Mayotte.
