Since we print on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once; they are on the way.

However, we can't guarantee anything in this case, as all of our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or the day after. This depends on the product ordered. Most of our t-shirts and apparel products are printed on demand. It typically takes about 10-12 business days to get your shirt printed, shipped, and delivered. All shirts ship from our China print facility and travel via UPS to your address, tracking numbers available.
For non-apparel items, delivery can vary and take 2-3 weeks. We use manufacturers all over the world to bring unique and specialty items to our customers, so not everything comes from the US. These items ship via USPS and all have tracking numbers.
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Please note that processing time (2-3 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total time of delivery. Orders generally take 2-3 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office).
After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch.
If you wish to cancel an order please contact the customer support within 3 hours; If 3 hours have already passed then we regret; we will not be able to cancel or change the order. Our production facility is automated for processing orders as fast as possible so you get the order ASAP. Unfortunately, because of our automated process, any requests to change an order must be submitted before the item has entered production.
